1 Introduction and General Terms

ada7 is an online entertainment platform for players in Bangladesh, offering sports betting, casino games, slots, and live gaming services. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ada7 and its users.

By accessing the ada7 platform, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms. These Terms may change at any time, and continuing to use the platform after any change means you are also agreeing to the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 21 years of age to participate on the ada7 platform. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. ada7 may request documents to verify age at any time, and if underage use is confirmed, the account will be closed immediately.

2.2 Account Creation Rules

• Each individual may create only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• It is your own responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted from your account.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ada7 reserves the right to verify a user's identity when required. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be limited or suspended until verification is complete.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods on ada7 is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Deposited funds will only be returned to the account from which they were deposited.
• Depositing using a third-party payment account or a bank account in someone else's name is prohibited.
• ada7 is not responsible for any loss caused by delays in processing deposits or technical issues.
• ada7 reserves the right to hold or cancel any deposit in cases of fraudulent or suspicious transactions.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process.

• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• ada7 reserves the right to review withdrawals in cases of unusual betting patterns or suspicious activity.
• Withdrawal requests may be cancelled, but once processing has begun it may not be possible to reverse them.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ada7 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, a minimum deposit of ৳500 must be made for the first time after registration.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. The welcome bonus carries a 10x (ten times) wagering requirement. This means withdrawal is only possible after placing bets totalling ten times the bonus amount.

• All bets placed with bonus funds will count toward the wagering requirement.
• The use of bonuses may be restricted to certain games — the detailed terms of each offer apply separately.
• ada7 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer.
• For multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household, the bonus applies only once.
• If ada7 suspects bonus abuse, it may cancel the bonus and review the account.

4.3 VIP Program

ada7's VIP program has 5 levels in total. Weekly cashback is provided at each level: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, Platinum — up to 0.8%, Diamond — up to 1.0%. Regular and active participation is required to reach higher levels.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on ada7 are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless ada7 itself cancels the bet due to a technical error.

• ada7 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds or prices.
• Winnings will remain pending until the outcome of any event has been verified.
• In cases of games or rounds interrupted due to technical errors or server issues, ada7's decision is final.
• If suspicious or fraudulent betting is detected, all winnings on the relevant account will be voided.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ada7:

• Hacking accounts or attempting unauthorised access.
• Bonus abuse (arbitrage betting, bonus hunting).
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Stealing or using another user's account information.

If such activity is detected, ada7 may immediately suspend or close the account and reserves the right to forfeit all balances.

6 Privacy and Data Protection

• User information will not be sold to third parties.

7 Limitation of Liability

ada7 will not accept liability in the following cases:

• Loss or missed bets caused by internet disconnection.
• Loss resulting from account information being compromised due to the user's own carelessness.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors.
• Unexpected technical errors, server downtime, or issues during maintenance.
• Any restrictions related to online gaming under the laws of the user's location or country.

8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

ada7 may suspend or close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Direction from a court or legal authority.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, provided they are eligible under the Terms.

9 Responsible Gaming
